Our online claims system provides 24 hour interactive monitoring of the claims process to keep you up to date with the progress of your claim. The system is fully encrypted and password protected to allow high level security of personal information.

Benefit payments are paid fortnightly in arrears; though can be flexible to meet our client's needs.
